VIRGIN MOBILE USA HUNDREDS OF DROIDS!!! but Need address of their Legal Rep in LA area..?? They Removed my RING-BACK Tone..without Notice...Refuse to re-instate...TODAY...even with a $7.32 balance Then a $20 top-Up ..they Refuse to ALLOW me to MAKE or RECEIVE calls OR return my CASH California

    Ok ..I have been a Loyal Customer of Virgin Mobile for over 4 years..during a domestic issue in My Life. I changed the account name..to Mine..and Gave 2 codes..NOW FORGOt..!!!  NO-REMEMBER  ..Zilch.?.Amnesia.?.whatever!!!  but..NOW  Virgin ..in their Wisdom ..removed my RINGback tone..without my consent.&.money was Not an Issue......but can't restore without my ..secret codes..{tho they have them on their..HUNDREDS of screens around the Globe...BUT TODAY...I top-up my phone with $20 ..I try to make a call  .but..no I go to Virgin..SORRY !!!balance got too low..!! tho I HAD $7.32 prior to top-up..?  ok ..so..re-set it  I ask...<.CAN'T >  without the SECRET CODES...My 2 phones are   useless.then   ...YET ! YET  at their< PARENT>  comp.  << SPRINT .>> I can  just WALK-IN with ADEQUATE ID ..we can RE-Set new Codes.Sir  No Problem with Sprint ..Or AT&T or VERIZON..?????  ..AM I BEING RIPPED -OFF.????...please give me some sensible ideas..to go forward with these Sharks..in court
