Virgin Mobile will not explain multiple charges of $9.99 against my prepaid phone that I use only occasionally.
I have paid the required $20 top up on time for over three years, usually maintaining a credit of $75 to $100. Finding my credit depleated, I checked my account activity on Virgin's website and found repeated $9.99  "xtras" charges with no  "to/from" number referenced.  After finally reaching a real person, the representative could not/would not give any reasonable explanation. I have been ripped off in excess of $100 so far and will not continue use of this service.
