VIRGIN MOBILE USA virgin RIP OFF , return phone, no credit TWICE! terrible C S, Internet

I finally asked  can I just pay for rhe d*mn thing so i can use the service i am paying for? BTW they alsotold me they dont credit time lost! So she finds out..yes. $10.. NOw I am really pissed.WHY DIDNT THE FIRST GUY OFFER ME A DEOPOSIT OF 10 so I could USE MY PHONE!!!  So she assures me its activated and I paid for a mnew month. Doesnt work..called back seveal times difernet ways to make it work..nothing..Now I am tired of this crap so I tell them I want my money backfor my service and phone. I was told it sjows I have 800 minutes of time used..WHAT!!!  I said I looked on internet and shwed the #s i called and 0 next to minutes ..whch ofcourse was true..it would just ring to virgin mobile. So I wait while he checks stuff out..I guess your right but it is going to have to go through investigation" BS I said..you didnt suply a service and i am not paying for it! I had another phone which I replaced before because i couldnt wait. that one I nver read the very hidden print between there overmarketed crap on the paper to see that i needed to include an order # in the envelope. So that made 2 phones that i neer got credit for. I finally got paid for the month but am stil out the $10 for the phone. STAY AWAY!Iif you want no contract and good service for cheap, after the phone didnt work i got a (((competitor's name redacted))) phone, for $45 I got unlimited and free 411  got it at walmart. Decnt (((redacted))) phone for $30. I can actually say I am happy.I have no idea about cust service..havent needed it. Its that VONby the minute,in a month plan i guess they use other services towers. and i got service through Montana and North Dakota which Ionly got with Verizon..another story..they are the WORSE..I owe them $1100 o a 300 bill..figure that out!
