Virgin Mobile USA INTERNET DOESN'T WORK ON OPTIMUS V PHONE Warren , New Jersey

I bought an Optimus V Virgin Mobile phone and the 3G Internet does not work, I have called Virgin Mobile I can't even tell you how many times. 

Each time I call they tell me to take the battery out and reboot the phone and 3G will start working. I have taken the battery out reset the phone to factory settings done everything they have told me to do. They have even sent me another piece of crap phone and it doesn't work either. 

 Fact is they have a phone on the market for $150. or more that does not do what it is supposed to do. They put it out there and they don't have the network right for compatibility with the android system. 

Customer service will quickly tell you any lies they have to, to get you off the phone. I have even asked for the phone number to cooperate headquarters. They told me I would have to write to them. HA! I am not writing to anybody but you guys. 
 
I went online tonight and found the number for cooperate and can't wait till Monday morning. They will certainly be hearing from me. The customer service people I talk to all tell me they are putting in an investigation on my phone troubles. They should have about 30 of them now just for me. I think I have talked to every employee they have over the last 3 weeks and none of them have been able to help me. 

I am very disappointed with them and have been a loyal customer with them for about 7 years now. Won't be much longer at this rate.
