Virtual PC Support This company was to provide a clean-up of my computer. They scammed me into paying $399.99 for 3 yr computer support when all I got was Malaware bytes, when i try to call them, all i get is a tone , Internet

After these people ran a diagnostic on my computer and found over 10,000 viruses or so they say, they also said that there were really only 16 "dangerous black holes" - Anyway, they convinced me to buy into customer support - Okay, ready? $399.99 for 3 Yr Unlimited support. They also put Malawarebytes on my computer. I should have known right away that I had been had....I called back and asked to cancel, they said oh no no no.....we will take care of you. Honestly - I cannot say enough bad things....the tech who fixed my computer made me write a complementary review e-mail while he was watching on my screen...He wouldn't log-off. People yelled at me...It was a nightmare....So I semi resigned myself to a really bad purchase choice. When I tried a week or so ago to call them, this is when i simply got some electronic tone, again and again. So I decided to look at my bill and see how this was charged. It was charged through upclick.com. I just spoke with them and after I expressed what had happened, they said they will refund my $. In 5 to 6 business days, I will see if it happens. In that case, upclick.com will be reputable, but stay the h....l away from Virtual PC Support. I only wish i had looked here prior to my idiotic purchase.
