In August 2004, I applied to Vision Labs AKA Symphonix for a tele-sales postion, after 4 times of calling to see the status, Human Resource Director Patricia Amato insisted that I had worked there before, and not eligable for rehire. This was a arrogant bogus claim. So I drove there and handed them a copy of my license and social security card.
The next day I was called in for an interview and at the end of the interview before setting up a start date the man that interviewed me said we'll hire you if you are who you say you are. I was told they are very flexible with hours and would not have to cancel my part time job. Only to find out that there was no recollection of that from of course Patricia Amato. And I did have to cancel it because of course they lied to me.
During the training I had a personality conflict with Justin, he made referrences to demographics, stating that people from Boston are rude. When I told him I'm from right outside Boston originally he told me "Take it whatever way you want to", while others made fun of my accent.
Right after training I had been falsely accused of making derogatory remarks against lesbians and blacks. I was fired without cause and without evidence. Before I walked out the door I told Justin I think your arrogant snobs and you think your better than everyone. Then I called Patricia Amato and she said I created a hostile work environment and we based this on fact, on the contrary they based it on outright lies and she refused to hear my side of stating that Spencer my team leader had witnessed it as well, but curious enough he wasn't around on the day I got fired.
The next day I called and talked to Scott to ask when I was going to get my check and instead of answering me he hung up on me, so I called back and asked Patricia Amato when I am going to get my check she said the following week, when I complained about Scott hanging up on me she said I'm being harrassing to her company and insisted I don't call anymore. So I hung up.
Twenty minutes later I get a phone call from the Eliot Police Department Officer Matthew Raymond. He didn't charge me with anything he really didn't say much about it, he just said don't call there again and I gave him assurances I wouldn't. But symphonix made another bogus claim to the Police on top of everything else. For some reason they started playing games with before I ever got hired.
