I chose their service, because they claimed to be faster and easier. i needed a birth certificate for my daughter for her passport. i was directed to vitalchek from the missouri health department page, so of course i assumed it was a verified company they approve. now i just feel scammed. it is not even the $26 dollars i paid- i needed this document and had only 3 months before our trip. 1.5 months later i am still without the certificate and customer service just keeps asking the health department for more information. they never reply.

RIP OFF BEWARE stay far away from that company!
