VitalChek false advertising, extra requirements, no refund rip-off, laughably bad customer service Internet

I paid to use their service, then they said there was additional requirements (email a notarized form). The whole point of the website is to not leave the house. Had they mentioned this requirement before, there would not have been any problem (but then many peple would not use their service). They also make you click a button that says the fee is non-refundable. DO NOT use this service.

On top of that, the customer service was a joke. I told them how mad I was and that I wanted a full refund and the lady asked if I wanted to continue the process to get my paperwork. 8 emails later the problem is still not resolved.
