Placed an order for vitamins and used our credit card as payment. We have been billed on our credit card but have yet to receive the merchandise. After many attempts, we have been unable to contact them either by phone or internet. After checking with Ripoff, we have found others who have experienced the same problem and hope this and other reports will prevent others from experiencing the same thing.
