They are just trying to rip off people's pocket any how with their very high rates and non- refundable policies. Never trust them and give your card details even if you have won any gift voucher because eventually they gonna deduct at least $50 from your pocket sometimes without any info/ your knowlege. They will almost force you to upgrade over your voucher limit. They have a policy to charge $50 no show fees if person doesn't informs them 48 hrs before the appointment time even if you suddenly get ill or can't show up due to any emergency/genuine reason. They don't care about their customers' situation/ condition.
