Hi everyone, just want to let you know about a company I have had the misfortune to deal with- Viva Photography, Unit 2 Chatmohr estate, Romsey.
I basically had a terrible experience and the photos were awful, so I just asked for my deposit back and said I didn't want any prints (despite them being free).
Not only was the guy who runs the studio, Grahame Jackson, incredibly rude to me. He then went on to withold my booking deposit, and is now trying to get my reviews online deleted so people won't know the truth, and has actually tried to threaten me with libel.
I won't be intimidated by this sorry excuse for a human being, hence this report. People should know the truth about this company. It's a disgrace!

Hi,
I have used this company in September and very happy with the results, we initaily did quite some research in the Southampton area, as Viva are not in the city, this saved us spending less time in traffic and Viva have easy parking (free) we had a few bags to carry, this was a benifit for us.
My wife was happy with the results, the fact that we could also have photos with our 14 Month old son was great, we are considering purchasing some more to send to my wife's family overseas for christmas.
In fairness, we have only been to one other company in the past, the results were much the same standard, however, I feel Viva has the edge for value for money.
