i started calling them and talked to 4 people i was puit on hold and transfwerred again and again the people at the evsnt said one ticket was ok the otherq was not i called and told them what had occurred i spent 295 dollars and was basically told tough luck charlie so i said basically you simply took my money so lesson learned its not a reputable company for ticket buying
