I attempted to purchase two tickets to a show on this website. The site glitched out, they never gave me a subtotal or quantity and then charged me $1,000.00 for six tickets I did not order or want. I called immediately and sent them back and instead of trying to resell them as they had more than enough time, they kept sending them back to me. I was left without any tickets the day of the show and they would not reverse the charge despite that I called within seconds of the transaction. I am suing them in small claims court.
