Vividseats Deceptive practices Nationwide

 I ordered tickets over the phone from Vividseats and the sales rep thanked me and said He would send me an email with my confirmation number and how to get my tickets.  I received an email from Vividseats that gave me the confirmation number and normally I will go to the will call window at the venue (att stadium).  When I got to the will call window they did not have the tickets so I had to buy more tickets thinking when I got home I could figure out what happened and get my money back. When I called Vivid they told me they sent me another email with different direction on how to get the tickets..I was already gone when the new email was sent.   This is a dishonest outfit.
