Volkswagen of America is denying warranty coverage for emisssions work.

The State of CA says anything relating to check engine light is automatically emmissions related and covered under the warranty under 50,000 miles.

This is illegal action and I am going to file a class action suit here next week in Los Angeles. They are stabbing us in the back again.
