Von Der Stadtrand German Shepherds ripoff sold me a no nerve dog that he claimed was trained Milwaukee Wisconsin

I was also ripped off by Clayton Warichak and was contacted a few years ago by a Detective from the Milwauki Pd, who was investigating, Clayton  for his illegal activity. I still have his recording on my phone and number if you want it, you can call and i can give it to you. this Detective advised me that it would be difficult to prosecute him as his victims are spread out all over the untited states, but did have our local PD to come to my house, for an agency assist, to gather all the information neccessary to convict him in a court of law. here is the problem, when I contacted my attorney, I was advised to get my money back, I would have to fly there and file and fly back for court, etc.. filing here would really do no good as it would cost $200.00 to file against him here and we would win as he would not come here to answer to the charges, but you can not collect money that way and my attorney also sent me Warichak's papers  of filing for bankruptcy, but then never followed through. So if you received a puppy from him, but didn't receive the paperwork, and your puppy is okay, please be thankful you got anything at all. there was alot of people that spent $5,000.00 and got nothing. Clayton just won a show in September. He is still in buisness.
When will he ever be stopped. Check out his cheap dogs for sale. He is claiming he has a Schutzhund 3 for sale for 5,700.00. I paid almost 3,000.00 for my no nerve untitled dog from him that he won't take back or return my calls on. You could not find a true Schutzhund 3 titled dog for that kind of money. Do not buy from him.

Clayton Warichak's bankrupcy was turned down so everyone can sue him now. go for it
