Vonage America they want to charge me to cancel my service that i didnt use Holmdel New Jersey

i signed up with them a year ago i since then have not used it and i waited a year to cancel and they want to charge me 40.00 more after charging me for this month i think they should see i havent used it i should not incur a charge

i kept telling the rep i dont use it .the rep kept asking if i stay for one month free they dont listen. i was told one year not 2 years i hate them. i asked if the terms of service was in my account its not its on the web site im sure they change it the way they see fit for themselves.
