I guess I was lucky, I found out VPI pet insurance was a scam in < 3 months. I contacted and gave them till Tuesday, Sept.25th to give full refund or I will file reports with The Federal Trade Commission, my State Attorney General, my congressman, and( last but not least) the California Banking Authority.
