After buying a new puppy last year, we though that pet insurance would be a smart move. We ordered the "Superior Plan" which was more expensive but we were told that the Superior plan would cover just about everything including his puppy shots and his neutering. Wrong! They actually paid very little of the actual charges by the vet. They paid only about 1/4 of the charges for neutering the puppy.
Their website shows what they will pay for certain vaccinations and illnesses but they don't say what a small percentage of the actual charges they are paying. You don't know how little they actually pay until you take your dog to a vet and then get the bill. They pay a ridiculously small amount of the charges.
In other words, their insurance is bogus and not worth the money they charge for it.

it very clearly, on the back of the of the benefit schedule, says that well care treatment (INCLUDING SPAY/NEUTERING & DENTAL CLEANING) are not covered under the Superior...ONLY THE WELLCARE CORE or PREMIERE PLAN!!!! try reading everything before you flame it...
