VRBO HomeAway Unfairly Removed Condo Review in Favor of Owner Internet

The week of July 30, 2016, my family traveled to Pensacola Beach for vacation. We reserved a condo at Portofino Island Resort through VRBO.com. It was Portofino Tower 3, Unit 1208. Condo's floor were dirty, carpet was filthy, view included a terrible eyesore of a busy uncovered parking lot. Condo's owner refused to make it right with us. After I posted my unfavorable review of the condo on VRBO, owner asked me to remove it. I agreed to remove the review if owner issued appropriate credit for misleading advertising. Owner complained to VRBO that I blackmailed and extorted her for money. Robert at VRBO removed my review siding with the owner. I have photos and text messages proving that my complaint was legitimate and accurate. Nonetheless, VRBO said that owner was right for asking me to remove the review and I was wrong for asking the owner to make right with us for all trouble. Beware that VRBO will not allow your feedback that in any way does not favor property owners.
