Villas available for rental are presented by VRBO.com and HomeAway.com

Through VRBO.com, I was put in contact with Mr Jerome Cazaubon Manager/owner of a rental villa located on the Caribbean Island of Saint-Martin: http://www.vrbo.com/289232

I have on file 3 separate e-mails from Mr Jerome Cazaubon confirming our reservation of the Villa. After 2 requests to him to send us the documents required for the down payment confirming our reservation, Mr Cazaubon informed us that he was unable to honour his commitment to us. We feel that VRBO.com and HomeAway.com should exercise due diligence in the choice of Rental Villas that appear on their web sites and should eliminate Villas proposed by unreliable and unethical owners.
