Wachovia/Wells refused a Home Equity Loan.....on a bank retiree

House and acreage is Free and clear. 

Loan up to 50 grand.

reason  - I live on a dirt road. Walk-all-overya don't do dirt roads.

20 years ago Walk-all-overya would not finance this house. 

Real Estate person told me Walk-all-overya didn't do dirt roads.  Yet this bank transferred me from another state to NC after a merger, maybe they know the company that I worked for...

No problem with the local bank, a bank that I didn't know, but I paid if off early.

Plus the bank sent me this  request in the mail, bank out beggin.

I guess this is so the bank can keep the big appraisal companys in business, of course that is my cost not the banks.

BUT NOW

Walk-all-overya can see no profit .....profit is foreclosure..

It use to be interest...now it's foreclosure.

but this applies to all banks.

collect interest for years.........then foreclose.......now sell the house......write off the price on taxes......get bail out money for this.......this is a gold mine......

The Cayman Island banks have never been so full of Bank and Company.......bail out.....foreclosure funds.

ALSO

North Carolina has ask banks to stop foreclosuring. about all are ok this this and has stopped.....

WALK-ALL-OVERYA has refused..........TO MUCH MONEY
