Waffle House No service ! Duluth Georgia

So, I've had two bad experiences at this Waffle House. I work a part time job on Sunday afternoons and stopped in for a late breakfast before going to work. I placed my order with a very nice waitress. She turned to "call it in" and the female grill person, named Debbie, was very rude to her. As the waitress started to call it in, Debbie said very rudely, "haven't I told you not to call in an order while I am busy", the waitress said I thought you were just standing there, "no, I'm busy". Excuse me, wasn't she supposed to be busy and should be able to multi task.

When I finally got my breakfast the potatoes were cold and not "scattered", but I didn't say anything because of the grill cook might make it even more difficult for the waitress. I was embarrassed for the waitress and tipped her very well !

Yesterday, I tried to get breakfast again before I went to my afternoon job. I purposely went to this location because it is within 2 miles of my job so I thought I would have plenty of time. I placed my order at 12:10, simple order, patty melt with hashbrowns. I waited and waited for my order to be called in. At 12:30 I asked how much longer would it be because I had to be at work at 1:00, the waitress was rude and told me in a loud voice she was doing the best she could. I offered to pay for my diet Coke and leave, she said I could have the diet Coke.

I work in a "customer service" oriented industry and know exactly how important good customer service is in order to ensure repeat customers. I ended up eating a McDonald's hamburger.....quick service was the name yesterday !
