my wife took her car to wal mart to get the oil changed in may. when i got home in july from being out out for work it needed another oil change. When i attempted to get the drain plug off i could not, it was rounded  off.

I took the car to wal mart and they said it was not there fault. they said that i had broken the oil  tamper seal. Since i always change the oil myself on my cars i did not know what the blue crap on drain plug was and i was scraping it off. They also told me the drain plug has to be torqued on, which i know is not true.

I contact there insurance company CMI which denied my claim since i had scraped the blue tamper seal off.

Do not take your car to Wal Mart for any automotive work.

Samsung We bought a large microwave in Jan of 2020 and it just died. Wal-Mart wouldn't take it back and said we had to go thru Samsung. After an hour of back and forth put-offs on-line, they would not refund my money. So, bad product, and warranty worth as much as the cheap paper it was printed on.
