Walmart Supercenter Ripoff health insurance won't pay-not a good insurance Martinsville Virginia

Sorry about your health insurance with walmart. Just wanted you to know that my husband is self employed and has to purchase his own insurance. We have the same insurance you do Blue Cross Blue shield.....they have never paid much of our health insurance bills.....they have increased their premiums every six months and it has come to the point where I am looking for a different type of coverage. For a family of four we pay almost 6,000 a year for a coverage that does nothing more than give us a discount for medical issues....to top it off we hardly ever use the insurance.....good luck and hope all goes well....

Its unions that have run business into the ground. Unions who defend lazy workers, and hop they can get these same lazy workers, the BEST pay and BENEFITS, while joe schmoe on the street works twice as hard, and gets nothing.

YOU can get supplmental insurance on your own, if you find that Walmarts insurance plans are inadequate for your needs.

the excuse that walmart is the "biggest" employer is bull crap. There are jobs at mcdonalds, burger king, even your state has job openings; federal always has jobs, and of course you could always take up cleaning offices. dont need skills to do that.

The biggest problem with Walmart is that in some communities they are the largest employer. They don't have to pay a living wage because they know that people have no choice but to come work for them. The health plans at Walmart are high, but if you need health insurance.......you have no choice. I think that the best thing for Walmart employees would be to unionize but Wallyworld will not allow this.

As an ex-employee of Walmart, I know exactly how it is. Thanks to the internet there are numerous ways to SHOUT OUT AGAINST WALMART. SOme websites have several things going against walmart and numerous ways to join in and help change walmart ways.

They have petitions to sign, community efforts to join in on or you can organize your on with their help.
