walmart.com Walmart Shill game to get a refund or missing part replacement internet

As with so many to Walmart Standard Chinese made goods I received a water mattress tube set that was incomplete. It had arrived via fedex and because Walmart shipping never puts packing when shipping two items in a box the side of the box had ripped open from the shipping. So I assume fedex opened the boxes inside to assure nothing was broken. I filed a loss report with walmart ONLY for a replacement waterbed plug that was NOT in the package, not for the bed or the drill that could be damaged internally as the box was forced open and torn. Walmart then tells me to find a replacement part and send them the bill so I go on their site and send the link for the part I need from their own site.I am sorry we cannot click on links on our site we recommend that you request a replacement.I explain to then I have no intention to drain my entire bed <it has six tubes> and i am disabled and again ask for just the replacement part. So instead of replacing the missing part Walmart's brilliant returns staff says We are so sorry we have refunded your money but not to worry it will cover the cost of the replacement parts. So that did not sound right so I had to make sure. I wrote them back and said I needed to know if I was expected to send dripping wet waterbed tubes back. Again told them that was NOT going to happen. So they informed me after telling me in writing that the refund was for replacement parts i had to send back the bed. I said no it took me an entire day to put the bed together being permanently disabled . So then they write back  saying they are going to recharge me for the full amount in 60 days and I can only then request that 9.00 <half the price of a waterbed cap and plug set on their own site>. So I wote them again and told them why did they not just credit that amount to begin with. I also told them if they make an unauthorized charge to my visa I will take legal action to send me a link to a bill minus the replacement amount and i will pay it.And I will just to be done with the communists. So buyer BEWARE Walmart.com gots evil skills baby, evil skills. And I am still cap and plugless.With half the money to buy one, even if they refund, after of course they illegally re bill me and then credit me back 60 days later.
