Walt Wimkelman, short, skinny, about 60yrs old is an awful person. He rented my condo at Marina City in Jan '08 for 1 year. He was on a government grant to study for his PHD. He stopped paying his rent in Nov '08 and started to show his real colors. This man has had lawsuits every year for years. He took government money for a grant and then was thrown out of Argosy University for reasons to do with alchohol. Hard earned tax dollars are paying for this coniving bum and he screw that up. I am sure he is applying for any poosible grant he can find a web-site for and he will probably find one because he has all the time in the world with chumps, like me having to pay his way.

He knew every trick in the book and kept me in evection court for months. He was in 1 courtroom telling the judge he had nothing. In the courtroom across the hall the was telling a different judge that his plan was to sell his personal belongings to pay his rent. Walt Winkelman feels comfortable lying in court, he like beams at the feeling of having scammed the court system. He was grasping for straws but knows how to manipulate the system.

He is crazy like a fox. Never trust Walt "weasel" Winkelman. He did not pay rent from Dec '08 - June '09. My instincts say that Walt the Weasel was hoping I would forclose because then according to him he could stay can stay up to another 9 months. Beware of this horrible excuse for a human being.

His girlfriend Bonnie/Bonita "kitten" is just as bad. a woman with no self-esteem. This man called the police to have her removed from his unit more that once or twice and she would always be back, helping him, defending him, she lied for him in judge's chambers saying she had removed personal property (oil paintings and antiques), when in fact it was still crowded into that condo till he finally got out in June. Poor Walt with no money has been spotted driving a Hummer.

Noone wants to be around Walt Winkelman unless you want be be ripped-off.
BEWARE! He has sociopathic behavior and may very well be dangerous. Never touch him, try to help him from the ground or a chair because he may end up yelling "you hurt he!", as he did with the police. NEVER TRUST WALT. NEVER.

He has ripped the whole country off. Walt can be looked at as the anatomy of foreclosures in this country today. Bums who do not pay, but the mortgage is still due. He did it purposefully, to cause another person financial damage. He is on a governmanr grant that should be in the hands of someone who truly wants to better thier education. He not stealing from all of us.
