Colin,

I just spoke with Rick and he is saying he has not received any fax, and dealership is claiming they have sent twice. I ask Rick to give me an email address for estimate, and he won't accept if it is send to your email address.
This is email is for the record.

1. Initially when dealership called, they were told that coverage is not valid as it is not 60 days yet,
2.When I called to get decline reason, knowing very well there was no 60 days waiver, I was told that it has not been 1,000 miles yet.
3. When I proved, that there was no 1,000 miles waiting, btw it was assumed that it is customer's responsibility to prove.
4. Now, I have been told, no estimate received. Though, the dealer is claiming to have sent multiple faxes. BTW, I fail to understand ,  what is Dealer's interest to hold back an estimate that gives them business.

After this first claim, I have not receiving any  response, either via phone or email from you guys, to my multiple calls to  confirm if Wanted Auto Protect received estimate from the dealer or not and to any of my emails to you.
