Wanted Auto Protect Auto Warranty Cherry Hill New Jersey

I purchased an auto warranty policy from Wanted Auto Protect sometimes in January 2016. Based on the feedback I read from multiple customers the company seems to be a reputable business or so I though. On the 13 April, I took my car to a repair shop to address some mechanical problems. I started calling Wanted Auto Protect immediately after I dropped my vehicle at the shop. I have been calling every day since 13 April, and their customer service number seems to be working, but nobody picks up the phone. Afte over 100 calls and several emails and zero replies I do not know what else to do. It is very disappointing to have paid $1600 for an auto warranty policy and when I need repairs the company I relied on is nowhere to be found. Wanted Auto Protect failed to provide the service they promised.  We need to do something, company leaders of such businesses need to be held responsible.
