Purchased a poilcy from  "Zack" , I was very unsure about this company since I always use Zurcih for after market policies and they are great. Howver "Zack" and I spoke at least FIVE times and he assured me this was a great company and policy.

He told me I would be getting  " bumper to bumper" coverage from them. The same as IF it was from the dealership! Everything other than maintance was covered! Only breaks, oil changes, wiper blades are not cvoered.

The only thing is you must used an approved place.

Now I have had this policy a while and my van needs a cat convereter and they do not want to pay. They will look for any excuse- when I tried to get a manager- it is voice mail!

They try to fight with the mechanics at the dealership.

They want to take your money but do not want to pay all covered claims!

I would advise you NOT to purchase a policy with them.

I did call several time and did not get a call back and Yes a claim was paid on a different car last year-- only after a LOT of fighting and it was not to may satifaction, The car needed and engine I went to THREE different approved shops. I wasted a lot of time and effort and  Wanted tried to say it was a maintance problem- the mechanics said the company tried everything to get out of paying the claim, and did not want to be bothered, I was without my car for two  weeks becuase of this and driving the car all over town for other approved shops to check the car out and in the end they did not replace the engine and paid out a settlement which was NOT enough to get the car fixed and I also had to agree to terminated the 3 year poilcy on that car, the policy was only a few months old and I just put the car up as totaled. so my car which was worth about 6K I got have and had to buy another car. I still stand by my words that Zack told me everything other than routine maintance would be covered! That is very dishonest! And he called my all the time with a hard sell and I bought the plans over the phone! He did not email me anything until after er paid. I do not think you should selll your plan and " bumper to bumper it is no where near that coverage!

In order to make sure all of our customers are in complete understanding of the coverage they are receiving, we direct all of our customers to the service agreement that is listed in detail on our site before enrollment.

Wanted Auto Protect also sends out a hard copy policy through mail to insure that our customers have again read the agreement and understand exaclty what it is they are covered for. We offer a thirty day money back guarantee in case the customer feels they are not comfortable.

In this particular case, last year, when the policy first began, we had authorized a very large amount towards a claim that had been placed. Recently a new claim had been submitted, and Wanted Auto Protect had authorized a partial authorization due to the fact that Exhaust and Emission components are not covered unless specified under the covered section.

When the customer had requested a call from the manager, we had called back the very next day, because the call was received close to the end of the business day. The next day when Wanted Auto Protect had called, we had explained that partial authorization had been offered due to the Exhaust and Emissions components not being covered under our agreement.

When the customer had requested to see the exlusion in writing, Wanted Auto Protect sent over the specific location showing where the the non covered part had been listed.

We ask that all of our customers understand that Wanted Auto Protect is NOT an insurance company. and to please review and understand our service agreement before agreeing to coverage. We offer comprehensive coverages and abide by our agreement but unfortunately, there are instances where components would not be covered, and is clearly stated.

We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to do our best in keeping our customers as satisfied as possible.
