Warehouse Furniture ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam San Antonio Texas

I purchased a bedroom set from this company, dresser, nightstand, mattresses, headboard and mirror, the works. I dealt with the manager personnaly, trying to get a good deal. After dealing with him, I purchased the set for $2850.00. In cash!

When they delivered the bedroom set to my home, they had brought the wrong mattresses and the nightstand drawer was crooked. The delivery man immediately called the store manager, and told him about the problems. The store manager said he would send the correct mattresses the next day and he would personnally deliver the new nightstand himself.

The days go by and I still have not received either one, also the mirror/cabinet is falling apart. I continue to call the store and each time I call I get the same excuses, he is with a customer, he is out to lunch, or just out of the office. I leave messages and don't get them returned.

I paid for the set in cash and this is the service I get. All I would like is to get what I paid for.
