No other qualifier yet when you buy the pack it contained a component that cost over 3X the purchase pack to open.. Yet there was NO warning or description at the time of purchase that in order to use the pack you would need to pay this extra huge charge. they justify it by saying it was described in the forum, a separate sight not part of game and not accessed or even known of by many players.. the forum is not a part of the game it is SEPARATE enitirely.. it is like saying in a blog that your merchandise has hidden cost but to sell it at markets without revealing that hidden charge exists even in small print.Also represents itself as MMRPG when infact it is gambling game..

When confronting the company of this they refuse to help or refund this purchase justifying their practice by just saying it was described with price in this separate site so they dont have to do anything to make good on their deception. I have no recourse but to try to find satisfaction through my own separate site. sigh
