Washington Tax Services Jay Freeborne Matthew Woare IRS Tax Resolution Seattle Washington
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: Client from 2005 who received a refund of services in 2009 posts a complaint in 2018?
These guys took $2,000 of my money and promised to do all the work to fix my IRS Tax Problem. Then, they sent me a filing form and asked me to fill it out for them.
Basically, they expected me to do everything myself. They refused to refund my money. I never got a dime worth of genuine service from them. Basically, they want to charge $2,000 to file some basic paperwork. It appears they're lazy and entitled to making a ton of money for little work.
By the way, Jay Freeborne and Matthew Woare are both registered Democrats. They support higher taxes on hardworking Americans. Why? Because it causes Tax Problems that they can profit from.

Hi Benjamin C. of Gainesville, FL
It's been a long time since we interacted with you. You became our customer in 2005. Later in 2009, after you sent us emails from nearly 100 accounts that you had created, we agreed and sent you a refund of $750 of the $2000 fee that you mentioned in this complaint. Why didn't you mention that? We thought the refund had settled the matter between us. In fact, you signed a release form agreeing that the refund had resolved the matter for you. Anyway, no hard feelings, but we need to correct the record when we see posts like this on the internet. In fact, we have a legal basis to go further than this simple corrective post. Why do we not? Because we're not vindictive and have customers to serve in 2018. Continued good luck to you, WATAX.
