I contacted Washinton Tax Services about an I.R.S. problem. Jay (I don't know his last name) assured me that they could settle with the I.R.S and would solve all my problems..
After paying what he required and following all the instructions they sent a form for a payment plan to the I.R.S for the full amout owed.. This was unacceptable and when I complained to Jay I was told I needed to refile for that tax year and that will cost more money..
Washington Tax Services is nothing but a rip-off. It's such a shame that I had to pick the one out of hundreds to give my money to and still have I.R.S. problems. I spoke to Jay today and he told me that Monday is not a good day for him and could I please call him back later in the week. I just want the money back and I hope filing this report helps someone..

I must appologize for the previous complaint I filed at this website. It was written in anger. After extensive communication with Jay and his manager Matt at Washington Tax Services we have reached an agreement that has satified both parties.
