Jeff Herman at WatchRepair.net stole my watch. He never returned phone calls, hung up on me when he did answer. My Omega Seamaster is long gone.

watch was sent back to customer and received 03_7th_2018

AUTHOR: Jeff - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 27, 2019

I am the owner of WatchRepair.net and this complaint has just now come to my attention. I have tried repeatedly to contact the customer to see why he is making such a negative claim. According to our detailed records, customer sent us his Omega Seamaster back on 2/14/2018.

This watch was completely rusted, dial and hands were damaged. Bracelet was completely worn out. Provided customer with an estimate based on the condition of his watch. He epected his watch would qualify for our $399 overhaul. Since we were so far off on the estimate, we agreed to simply return his watch (paper weight) We have confirmation that he received back his rusted watch on 3/28/2018. I have pictures of the watch when it first came in.  The email we have on file for this customer is not a valid email. There was absolutely no fraud whatsoever or misrepresentation whatsoever. I just now left this customer a voicemail again to figure out what he is talking about.

As the owner of WatchRepair.net, I try my best to make everyone happy. I am always reachable at 561-955-0459 and would absolutely never hang up on anyone. I am in this business for the longterm and have many thousands of customers that would concur.
