Jeff Herman essentially stole my watch.  I am pursuing him via the Boca Raton Police Department to the full extent of the law.  He is a con man - do not trust him, what he says, or who he is affiliated with - he will turn up again, for sure.  His brother in law owns watchuwant.com, which may be affiliated?

After initially contacting him in the summer of 2011, and doing (what I thought) was enough due diligence, I sent my $7500 Panerai to him for repair on December 5, 2011.  He billed my credit card on December 15, $250 more than he said, and I have yet to see my watch on February 27, 2012.

I've tried to reach him several times, spoken to him a few times, only to hear excuses.  It is over and the police have been notified.  Be aware of this brazen criminal and do not send him or any affiliate of his your watch or do business of any sort with them - they are bad people.

Watch Returned

AUTHOR: Drake - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 06, 2012

My Panerai watch was returned and looks very good.  I appreciate the quick response, just hate that it came to this.  I assume that there are circumstances with Mr. Herman that could have contributed to this lapse, and wish him and his family well.  After all was said and done, the watch was returned in excellent condition and works  (and looks) great.

Thanks for reparing my watch.
