WAYFAIR LLC REFUSAL TO ALLOW RETURN OF ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS BOSTON Massachusetts

RIPOFF BY WAYFAIR. LLC, AN AMZAZON MARKETPLACE SELLER

 I purchased a convection oven  ( OYAMA) ,  through Amazon Market place in January 2014. . The company’s name is WAYFAIR. The price was $50.00.

Less  than a month later I asked for return and refund. I stated as a reason that it did not perform according to expectations, and advertisement. I tried it three times  with different foods-  meat , vegetables etc. The chicken turned hard,  and the potatoes did not cook at all.

I was refused. The CEO stated stated that since I had used it “multiple times”  it could not be returned ,even though their return policy states this item could be returned within 30 days.

This company’s policy is ridiculous. They should not be allowed to sell through Amazon.

They are a RIPOFF.

I am sending a copy of this to BBB and the FTC.
