Be aware of Wayne Lovence, he claims himself to be a mortgage broker a realtor the owner of a roofing company. In reality the guy is a Taxi driver a and owned a couple of vending machine but he claims himself to be a professional. 3 years ago this guys did a roof for me and took money to do the gutters as well, then claims he will come back for the gutters which he never did, now my roof is leaking when I called him he said he will call me back never did, I kept calling and calling he never answer the phone or he is a meeting. finally I tried to called him back from a different phone he answer and told me he was in New york which was a lie, the guy was right there in buckhead waiting to get a client in his cab. he told me he will not do anything because he was doing me a favor. anyone out there save yourself the trouble hire a real profesional not a cab driver to do your loan or your roof or even your home inprovement.
