In response to Mrs. Wilson and others

AUTHOR: Wealth System - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 15, 2005

As a current member of the web team, I am responding to Mrs. Wilson's rebuttal. In all honesty, the price and time you quoted to do a website equal to what myself and my fellow web developers have made, would cost far more than what you quoted.

There is absolutely no way that any ma & pa can design and develop what I make nor could they do it in a cost effective manor. The software alone cost well over $1000, the machines we have to buy in order to run software like that also cost 1000+. Then you have my salary, and if you really want to add fuel to the fire, we can consider the cost of my tuition from my degrees. Most of the clients that I dealt with personally on CS issues were so computer illiterate, that they couldn't even bring up there website in a browser (which makes me question many of the complaints here) so how on earth would they learn how to write HTML, Action Script, JavaScript, PHP, along with understanding Photoshop, Dreamweaver and flash? All in a cost effective manor, mind you.

This is a very unfortunate situation that is taking place, when I first learned of these issues, I truly felt bad about it for the customer. However I am learning more and more everyday and my guilt has quickly diminished to nothing. The simple concept of getting a refund for a business is so mind blowing to me; I don't know what to think. I grew up the son of a very very successful entrepreneur, I know first hand that business is not guaranteed, I know the risk and stress involved. IT'S A GAMBLE!!! Not everyone is cut out for it, that's why only 1% of America manages to clear a 7 figure annual income.
My mother had over 4 million dollars embezzled out from under her in 1988, did she ask for a refund? Did she get a do over? Of course not, she got a swift kick in the a*s by life, and was forced to start over while supporting a family of 5 along with her brothers and sisters.

This is just a perfect example of how ignorant, lazy, WEAK MINDED and foolish our fellow Americans have become. If you really believe that you can become rich by sitting on your a*s, then I feel no sympathy for you. No one in my life has been handed anything, especially me.

On another note.. This FTC character seems to be quite counterfeit, why are my tax dollars paying for him to troll a site like this?

What really is going on. Defendants shouldn't think they can outmaneuver the government by moving assets offshore.

AUTHOR: Ftc - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 15, 2005

This is the detailed report on what is really going on. There will not be any paychecks nor the doors resopening. All employees that are connected with WSI, MWC, Global Pharmacy, should be aware.

http://www.wealthsystems-receivership.com/

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) understands it's a lot easier to win in court if the defendant doesn't know he's being sued and doesn't have the opportunity to show up and defend himself. It's called an ex parte proceeding, and the first hint you will have that you are an FTC target in such a case will probably come when you are served with a temporary restraining order (TRO) and told that all your assets - personal and corporate - are frozen.

The courts have held that an ex parte TRO and asset freeze are appropriate if a defendant is guilty of fraud or deception and there's a possibility he or she will spend or hide assets if told in advance that the FTC is coming. But the judge in such a case goes only on the word of the FTC - the defendant has no opportunity to defend his or her conduct or argue that a more limited TRO or asset freeze is appropriate.

The defendant will get a day in court eventually - a TRO is usually good for no longer than 10 days - at which time the defendant can present his or her story. But the accused is behind the 8-ball once the TRO and asset freeze are issued.

For one thing, it can be difficult to pay for legal representation during an asset freeze. Once a lawyer agrees to represent a defendant, the attorney may be obligated to represent him until the case is over - even without payment. A lawyer may not take on a complicated piece of litigation if a defendant can't put up a sizable advance retainer.

And even if a defendant finds a lawyer to take the case, how long will employees and suppliers stand beside the accused once word gets out that he or she may never be able to pay them?

By the way, the asset freezes in these types of cases can be extremely broad. Typically, a freeze prohibits the defendant from spending, selling, transferring, or encumbering any of the assets he or she owns or controls, directly or indirectly - including both corporate and individual assets. It doesn't matter if the money came from allegedly fraudulent conduct or was obtained as a result of some completely unrelated activity - it's frozen.

Defendants shouldn't think they can outmaneuver the government by moving assets offshore. The asset freeze will require a defendant to repatriate any assets in foreign countries (that is, return them to the United States), and will prohibit the defendant from telling his or her foreign agents or trustees about the asset freeze if that will hinder that repatriation.

And forget about borrowing money to pay employees or a lawyer. Defendants in ex parte cases are not allowed to obtain a personal loan, take out a home-equity loan or pawn the family silver. In fact, a defendant can't even incur a charge or get a cash advance with a credit card.

Depending on the circumstances, the FTC may agree to unfreeze a limited amount of assets so the defendant can buy groceries, make a mortgage payment or hire a lawyer. But they may insist the defendant provide complete financial disclosures first. And don't expect them to be very generous. As the defendant, you may have to go to court and fight the FTC for every penny. We recently got a judge in one case to unfreeze more assets than the FTC staff would agree to voluntarily, but it was an uphill struggle.

The FTC doesn't seek asset freezes in routine cases. But it seems to be going the ex parte route more often. If you are making aggressive earnings claims for your business opportunity product, or promising that your dietary supplement will prevent diseases or produce weight loss, the FTC may have a very nasty surprise in store for you

WEALTH SYSTEMS & THE OTHERS MENTIONED NOT A RIP OFF.....

AUTHOR: Krista - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 12, 2005

I've been watching these slanderous, defaming comments go back and forth for a few days now and there are truly no other words to describe how RIDICULOUS, UNFOUNDED, and PETTY they really are!

Wealth Systems is NOT b.s.! Wealth Systems, Millionaire Web Club, Ultimate Price Club and the pharmacy were all Web Development/Advertising Companies - what is there to know? None of the "opportunities" were the companies - those belonged to the Merchants that offered the affiliate programs themselves, so what is your point?

Tanya is telling the "truth" about what? A disgruntled employee "always tells the truth" according to you, um I don't think so....a disgruntled employee tells what they want everyone else to believe which 9 times out of 10 is less than a "half-truth" as they usually don't want themselves to be exposed. Martin did meet Tanya at Babes, but why would you suggest that he "flaunted cash in her face so he could hit on her" as if she were some type of victim? Her job was to strip, give lap dances, and grind against him to make a buck - that's the industry! He didn't need/want her, she wanted his money - let's face the facts! She asked him for a job to get out of that industry and he gave her that chance!

Tanya lost her job for her own willful inability to perform it. She didn't leave on her own accord for some "self-righteous", "conscience bearing" reason as if the companies she was working for were a "scam" - that's a joke! She'd still be working there today instead of for a competitor that she claimed she couldn't stand the owner of if that were the "truth" as you state.

As for my Husband and his Partner, what are you suggesting they are the "same way" as? They certainly don't spend their time in the strip clubs! Flim flam? Could you be a little more specific?

First of all, you obviously don't have your facts straight on the corporations they own as neither are an LLC and Millionaire Web Club is an Arizona Corporation - not Nevada, so that's how much you know.

As for Ultimate Price Club, it hasn't been in operation for over 6 months with gathering new members.

It services existing customers, but there were issues surrounding outsourcing a lot of the services through a local company that wasn't upholding their performance standards and that began negatively effecting the customers, so that program was discontinued. You don't know much for being an inside source "ex-employee", do you?

If you worked for my Husband and have some tape that is the property of the company that you "claim" I'm a testimonial on, then A)You stole proprietary information that does not belong to you of which you are well aware that you can be sued for as this qualifies you as a thief. Maybe this could be one reason why you won't divulge your true name, "BARNEY"?, and B) There are no testimonials being used on any tape within the Millionaire Web Club office.

So disclose yourself and let's get to the bottom of this. See, I'm sure it's really easy to attack a Company, numerous Companies or individuals in a forum such as this, but I'd love to see who you are so that the rest of the public reading this can know the exact reasons you no longer work for us, if you ever even did as we never employed a "BARNEY"! We probably fired you too for unethical sales practices or maybe even theft as it appears you may be a thief!

It's so nice to see chivalry now a days as you come to Tanya's aid and speaking "on her behalf"! What a joke! Maybe by attempting to defend her or protect her honor, you might get a dance for free instead of "flaunting money" to obtain one - there are poles on every street corner for her to perform at!

Then you state that the people responding to this attack you've wagered against the Companies must be making "around $200,000 a year", well I don't and I work my tail off, but even if I or someone else do or did make that amount of money - what's it to you and why is it any of your business?! How is anyone "stealing" from the public?

First and foremost the "public" calls in to these Companies, the "public" makes their own conscience decision to make a purchase - no one puts a gun to anyone's head. Are you implying that the "public" is too stupid to determine whether or not they might want to purchase a website or advertising for their website? That's ridiculous! This is business and again I will restate, the opportunity being offered is that of the Merchants - we provide the service! To purchase a computer would run a consumer on the low end around $300, the cost of a basic software program to build a website is another $250 on the low end, to purchase internet service maybe $5.00 per month - $60 annually, to purchase hosting service and a domain another $100 per year - then the customer has to take the time and energy to learn to do this all and then sign themselves up with all the affiliate programs they want to be a part of. So on the low end, you're talking $710 of which $160 is an every year charge!

All of the companies you are attacking charge a one time fee of less than $500 to do this for their customers - what's the issue? Do you see how stupid you sound now?

The bottom line is, this is business and customers aren't always going to be happy and businesses will continue to make mistakes - that's the nature of business, that's the way it goes.

So, for someone like yourself or Tanya to sit around and try to defame my Brother-in-Law, my Husband, or his Partner and any Company truly shows how little and lonely of a life you both must have! My advice to the two of you would be to find a more productive and positive way to live your life than instigating and antagonizing negativity, because just remember what goes around does eventually come around - what you put out there into the world & the universe will come back to either bless you or haunt you.

Be careful which side you are on. You both (Tanya & Barney) are still in this very same industry working for people we all worked with - you are attempting to damage the reputation of these Companies you mention, but what you are truly doing is damaging the reputation of the industry and attempting to give it a bad name overall.

I'm shocked your present bosses would allow you to contribute in this manner and participate in this way. Hey, but whatever works for you and for them, it's not my concern.

As for my Brother-in-Law, my Husband, and my Husband's Partner....guess what? They'll be fine with or without your support and with or without your negativity - as you do not matter to them anyway. Whatever helps you sleep at night, but these above Men are some of the most generous Men I've ever met! They have assisted numerous people to have a chance at an abundance of wealth - from their customers, to their employees, to their vendors, and to their family members as well.

So think what you want but I'm sure they even did much to attempt to help you as well as Tanya knows for a fact was done for her too! You just refuse to state who you are so that we wouldn't have an opportunity to expose what they did for you as well.

First of all "Barney" try using spell check the next time you post something on the internet. If you were so upset with this business why haven't you done something about it other than listing a complaint on this pathetic website.

As a consumer how do I know your not just someone who has a personal conflict with the owners you listed?

For that matter what makes any of the claims on this site against any of these businesses legitimate?

I sure hope "Ripoff" has good attorneys!

As a consumer how do I know your not just someone who has a personal conflict with the owners you listed?

For that matter what makes any of the claims on this site against any of these businesses legitimate?

I sure hope "Ripoff" has good attorneys!
