WebsiteBackup Company Sent me an unsolicited invoice. Phoenix Arizona

My business received an unsolicited invoice for $70.00.  My business never contacted them, spoke with them, or expressed any interest in my business purchasing their services, yet they created an Account number, and created a domain name.  It was obvious they took our name (which was misspelled) from YP on the internet, and created the account.  The horrible thing is how legitmate it looks!  Luckily I have trained my finance department to be careful of scams, and thus were able to catch this!  I wonder how many businesses just pay the invoice.
