Called and was told by auto-attendant that there was a 32+minute wait tim, then it wanted to throw me into a voicemail box that had NOTHING to do with customer service. They wanted name, rank and serial number, none of which I gave. The purpose of the voicemail is to confirm "live" victims, and so their name and contact list can be sold to other bottom feeders.

Forget these bottom feeders. This is a rip-off through and through.

Do NOT leave your contact information on their voice mail. are only phishing for live "suckers" to target when they sell your information. Just like the other complaints here, they also sent me an unsolicited invoice for $70.00. I KNOW its a rip-off as we have our own servers and wouldnt need such a company.
