WebsiteBackup Company Deceptive "Invoice" Seeking Payment Phoenix AZ

Like the other users that have filed reports here, WebsiteBackup Company sent an extremely official looking “invoice” for $70 (it seems to have coincided with the renewal of our domain name even though we have a private registration).  We have never interacted with this company and it seems as though they don't actually provide any services -- they just attempt to bill you for backups without any ability to perform them.  Calls to their customer support to investigate the “invoice” went unanswered at any time of day, with a notice that the wait is over 20 minutes.  You are then automatically redirected to voicemail and never receive a call back.

If not for our office manager checking with me before remitting payment, they would have gotten away with it.  We cannot allow a company like this to take advantage of small businesses.  If you've received one of these fraudulent invoices please do your part and file a report here so that everyone knows.
