WebsiteBackup Company WebsiteBackup Company sends out fake invoices for a service you never purchased! Pheonix Arizona

Had the same issue as the other individual. We recieved an "Invoice" for WebsiteBackup Company for $70 for our company website. Looks identical to the one posted by Lessons Learned. We did not have any past payments on file for this company and found it odd since we usually renew our web services electronically. Contacted our web designer to make sure it was a scam and discovered it most certainly was, we do not use thier service. There is a login box on thier page but when you click "forgot password" it is not an active link. Thier "Terms" and "privacy policy" are also not active. the links for thier affiliates and agent (not sure what is meant by agent) both link to a generic support page. The support page claims that your login information would be your account number for the username and your password would be your domain name. That does not seem very secure for a company that is supposed to be backing up your website information. They have quotes on thier page from a Wintr Inc and Autummn Ltd, after a quick google search it was apparent these companies do not exist. There is no information on the companies "About" page that mentions the history of the company or who founded the company and thier social media pages were created in January 2015 (3 months ago) and do not have much content on them. ironically they seem to have over 400 followers but most are from other countries or do not contain profile pictures (purchased?) 

I would say from the looks of it, it is not a legit company.
