Our story is very similar to the other Scam Reviews.

First we joined for free and immediately were lured with 30+ emails of couples who needed our services. Once we became a paying client (6 months paid, but if you have no contracts, then you get 6 months free), all those 30+ couples NOWHERE near to be found. They told us, they probably dont need your services anymore. We were very optimistic and believed this was a profesional and serious company and still continued for another month.

We weren't getting any emails from brides. We spent our free time and long hours at night trying to contact as many as 100 couples sometimes a night.  (Wedding.com recommends 10 couples a week. )  We called wedding.com again to discuss and a rep named Margot told us: Our brides are very busy; don't worry, they'll wirte you back; you need to be here a lil longer so they can see your presence, etc...  She was very friendly, her personality conforted us and we kept emailing many more couples. (I guess we should point out she was the only one who will pick up the phone. In our 5 calls total, it was always her.)

ANother month went by, We were still not receiving leads, however we got multiple "rejection" emails from couples (same scripted message used). We wondered why?  Our job is excellent and they didn't even had asked us for a quote or met with us in person.

On our 3rd month, We finally got an email from a "groom" living in CA. but getting married in our city. We talked on the phone once and booked an apt. when him and his fiancee will be in town. Closer to the date, we even confirmed the apt. A day before the apt, he cancels by email and says they already chose another vendor.   Funny thing is that we never discussed prices or packages, and he happened to live very close to Newport Beach, CA.  Any ideas as to who this guy could be?

We finally went online to investigate and came to this page. We emailed wedding.com and ask for a refund or we would take legal action. After 2 emails assuring us that they were not scam, and that they wanted us to stay longer so we could succeed...We insisted on legal action, and they immediately credit us a full refund of 6 months into our bank account.

We believe this is a very small company, they steal pics of couples from FB and create false accounts.  We are sure that, that "groom" was a friend of theirs, doing them a favor. We hope they get caught very soon OR at least that people come see this page first and investigate, so they can't scam serious hardworking individuals anymore. We wish we would have investigate and known about this page, and therefore wouldn't have signed up in the first place.

Shame on you Wedding.com!  There's nothing serious about you, except being a serious Scam Artist!
