Weight Loss Systems Illegally Scamming Consumers- taking your money without permission!!! Hollywood, Florida

I ordered an Acai berry diet supplement online (a trial amount) for only the shipment amount of only $3.97 to be taken out of my bank account.  I received a call from this customer service agent,about a week later, telling me that I will only receive a weeks amount of the product.  I said that was fine I am just waiting for it to arrive. I get another call about 10 days later telling me that the trial period is over that I will be charged for the trial.  I said I still didn't receive the product but I wasn't that worried for $3.97. I wasn't too pressed about it beeing a late shipment.

About 2 weeks later I get an email from a donotrelpy email that I was charged for my order, $3.97. There was an 888# on the email. I checked my account and $87.95 was taken out of my account.  I called the 888# to complain about this debt of funds out of my account, that I did not authorize. I got the complete run around from foriegn customer service agents that were reading off scripts and were in no way able to tell me what the name of the company was or what the heck was going on with my order or why this amount of money was taken out of my account with nothing to show for it!  I mention that that these were Foriegn agents because I was unable to understand their english. They were not even able to provide me with a website for the product. This led me to believe that this whole operation was a scam! There was no intention of ever delivering a product and there was also no intent on their part to reverse the charge of a product that was never received!

They tried to get a modified version of my order to give me $20 back to my account and $20 off future purchases. I was appalled that they would even try to further take money from me when I never received the initial product. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I cancelled my order and then they said that I would never receive my initial product because I cancelled the order after the trial period. What the eff??? Are they serious???

Please cancel all orderes with this company. They say that they are called "Weight Loss Systems" They do not provide the product and continue to take money from your account. Be careful of these weight loss scams online. They are not trying to help in any way. They are trying to take money illeaglly from your credit or debit card.

I hope to brig them down in any way that I can lawfully, of course.
