In August, I found a $87.47 plus $2.95 charge on my credit card bill and immediately called the associated 1800 number on my credit card bill.  At this point, I had not received the 2nd product shipment - it was enroute.  Found out from Customer Service that that my mistake was not reading the fine print that stated that if you do not cancel within the first 10 days of ordering, then you will be enrolled in an Autoship program. 

I understand that they are covered legally by stating the terms before clicking submit.  I wish that someone could figure out if I had any legal rights to getting my money back!  Because they WILL take it back...  For a 45% RESTOCKING FEE!!! Seriously?!?  Bottom line is that it is morally wrong to not give a full refund back for a product that does not work for an individual and hasn't even been open.  I paid $90 for a bottle of pills that doesn't work?  That is 2 months of a gym membership or could feed my family of 4 for a week!  With the profits this company must be making, they surely can refund all of the money and not charge a 45% restocking fee.  Ridiculous.
