Weight Loss Systems Mark Mudoza, Rip off and scam!!! Beware of this company!!!!! Hollywood, Florida

I recieved an email from this company offering a free trial offer and clicked on it to check it out. i already knew there was no such thing as a free trial offer and made sure to read the terms and conditions in full. they stated that to recieve a free trial offer you will e signed up for a subscription and charged $87.47 each month but have 10 days from the day the order was placed to cancel and wil not be charged. i set a reminder on my iphone to alert me about 5 days in to call and opt of the deal so that i would not be charged. it did not matter because 4 days in my debit card was charged $3.87 for shipping. when i called about that i was told it was nonrefundable and they refused to give me my money back because the order had already been shipped. 2 days after that there was a preauthorization hold placed on my account for $87.47!!! i was livid!!! i called and asked them why they would do this when the 10 days was not up yet and they blamed it on a glitch in the system and on my bank.

i have never had a problem with my bank (credit union) ever! but the customer service people shuffled me around on the phone for hours between different customer service reps and supervisors, they would leave me on hold for 30 - 45 minutes at atime and then would just hang up on me!!! each time i would call back more angry each time and was finally told by a supervisor named Mark Mudoza that the preauthorization charge would be fall off within 24 hours and everything was cancelled and taken care of but he still refused to refund me the $3.87.... the next day after returning home late from a business trip, i logged into my bank account to see if it had fallen off and low and behold it did not!!!! they charged my account the $87.47!!!!!! i was so mad the next morning i called the number (1-877-792-4264) back and was once again given the run around for almost 2 hours and one superviser even hung up on me. i did not give up...each time calling back demanding to speak to a higher up. then i was told it would take 10-15 business days to get my money back on my account!!!

i said that was unacceptable and wanted to speak to the president of the company. they refused me and hung up on me. i called right back again determined to make things right and was finally told my money will be back on my account by monday, tuesday at the latest..(Today is saturday)...i demanded his name and direct number...he would not give me his name and said if i wanted to reach him i had to go through the customer service line as usual. on monday i will update if my refund has been made. however it was afer this that i googled the company and realized their has been thousands of scams by this company and thousands of complaints made by consumers against similar accai verry companies... they charge your account befor ethe 10 days is up and that is illegal!!!!!!!! something must be done to stop these companies so this doesnt happen to anyone else!!!!!
