In July 2009 via email I ordered a test trial of two products: Acai Berry Breeze and Colon cleanse 3000. I agreed to pay minimal costs of $ 4.95 and $ 5.95. after 4 days of receiving the products my credit card was charged $ 74.95 and $ 79.95 respectively for which I have never agreed.
I have been in touch with them and they refuse to refund the charges, claiming that I signed a contract stating that, if I do not cancel within 14 days of delivery I would be charged.
Now: I only had the product for 4 days and there is no way that I could have in this short time tested the product valuation of what they claim that the products would do.
This is a big ripoff and a scam. Some one should go to jail for this.
