I ordered for in may 2007 for 150 canadian dollars and my credit card had been charged straight away. But I never saw the order.I sent many mails, phoned many times but nothing came.

I am really upset because it was a lot of money for me. It's not possible to steal people like that.
What can we do ? I want my money back ! or my order !
Let's do something and don't let her get away with our money.
