 Nope. I just cant stand to see people get bashed. Especially as nothing that individual is doing is either a rippoff or a scam. The OP is obviously a biggoted individual. Point in fact, the website DOES have to give the information if there is a court order to do so. To think anything else is just going to show your ignorance on the subject. Second, this website has quite a few C&D posts and a few have been found out by the courts requesting the information. You suggest Law enforcment. I speak only of the civil ramifications of posting slanderous and defaming information.

Just because you CAN do something doesnt make it right. How would you feel if someone aired your dirty laundry for the whole web to see? I am not the individual in the post, as I said previously Im not even on the same side of the US. But someone has to stand up and point to the bigot and tell them its not right.  It's only slander or defamation if it is false. You have the burden of proving it false. We also have freedom of speech in this country. Two things that once ANY judge reads your post, is going to slap you with punative damages. This means you will pay and pay and pay because you cant use bankruptcy to evade a lawful descion.
